Kevin lives in Fruitland Township with his wife and 2 daughters. Kevin is a graduate of Michigan State University and is also a licensed builder. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the building and home improvement industry and is a roofing, siding, window, and insulation expert. He enjoys fishing on Lake Michigan and attending his daughter's horseback riding events.

Excellent new roof and repair of old roof
Our old roof had a water leak. Kevin Niles came out and assessed where the leak was coming from and we were very satisfied with his plan for the repair and preventing future leaks in the future. After the roof was repaired and replaced, we have had a couple rainfalls, and the prior leak site is completely dry; the new roof looks great too. Sales and work crew were very professional.

Was very impressed with the experience given by Kevin Niles and the team of roofers from West Michigan Roofing. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us a new roof. The team was very professional and talented. Got it done in one day and spent the time needed in the unique areas requiring special treatment. They made sure the area was cleaned up of every piece of scrap and nail. My dad used them nearly 40 years ago and was so impressed I knew they were the way to go. I was not disappointed. I recommend them for anything roofing related.

New Roof
The work is done and the guys did a great job. We really appreciate all the work that WM Roofing has done from quote to finish. Your team had installed a roof for us over 20 years ago and we were so impressed with the quality of your work and your follow up service over the years that we didn’t even think about contacting any other roofing company. We also have had several very nice comments from our neighbors about the crew (Big Men Construction) …one neighbor behind us commented about how she had enjoyed their music, whistling, and singing. We later found out that the whistling was a code they used to enable easier communication. Everyone appreciated how hard they worked and their good humor during a long 13 hour work day. I am so glad you made the decision to include that new lower roof venting system. I think it is going to work very well. The finished lower roof vent looks great and several of our neighbors have had very positive comments about the vent and how it looks and were interested in how it works.
