This homeowner in the Northview area of NE Grand Rapids had lots of wear and bits of damage due to their surrounding trees. When a roof is left unattended for too long, it can start to cause damage to other parts of the home. We installed new proper ventilation and flashing around the chimney to ensure that their home stays dry and protected in the winter months.
