Very Pleased!
I am very happy with my new roof. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what I was going to be getting. He showed me the difference between what the other companies offered and what WMR offered. Glad I selected the better product than what the other companies offered. The installation crew spent only one day installing the roof and did a great job. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

Excellent job great people!! We are extremely satisfied with all the work that was done for us! From the beginning to the end everyone took the time to make this a great project! Gret job but communication could be improved
Our roof fix was delayed because of the weather. I understand it and would prefer safety over installation. However, it would have been helpful if we received a text, phone call, or email letting us know about the cancellation and the next scheduled installation date. Overall, the work completed looks good.

Amazing Service
We selected WMR because of Eric. Even though WMR was the most expensive estimate we received from 4 vendors. His demeanor and straight forward candor was a reassuring. The crew that came out was top notch and did an amazing job and was very professional even as they ran out of daylight and had to come back for a second day.

Eric Rasmussen was incredible. He was an extremely nice guy and was a great communicator on what he could do. I had a small piece of a tree still on the roof from an accident and he took the extra time to get it off the roof. The only reason we can’t go with you guys is because a family friend who does roofing is basically doing it for free to help us out. I will definitely be keeping Eric’s card in case we ever need anything. I would give my highest recommendation for Eric and if I know anyone that needs roof work, I will tell them about my positive experience with Eric Rasmussen. Thank you.

Jeff and Cruz were extremely knowledgeable and made our decision much easier. They showed us different types, styles, and colors of roofing materials and provided locations to view the different installed roofs. The crews were very efficient, and did a great job clearing the area around the house post installation. We have recommended them to several neighbors.
